Summer watermelon is always refreshing. This frozen watermelon sorbet is a
delicious cold treat for any day!

  • 4 cups Watermelon seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 Lime juice of


  • Freeze watermelon cubes overnight (or several hours for a slushy texture rather than sorbet).
  • Place frozen watermelon cubes into a food processor. Add a few drops of lime juice to start, gradually adding more to taste. Pulse on high until the watermelon is soft and combined, but not runny.
  • Serve immediately. Store leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer.
