Egg & Cheese Omelet with Olive Oil
Below is an easy nutritious meal that is great for kids through adults, and will give you energy to conquer the day!
- 2 Eggs
- 1-2 tbsp Shredded Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
- English Muffin
In a pan (medium heat) add some Olive Oil. When it warms up, add the 2 Eggs, Salt and Pepper, and scramble.
Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of Shredded Cheese of your liking.
Cook it for a couple of minutes on medium heat till cooked through.
Toast an English muffin to add to the side of your dish.You can also turn the eggs and English muffin into a breakfast sandwich! Consider adding ham for added flavor and protein.
